It's Miller Magic

Good Magicians never reveal their secrets. Unless they don't have any. At Miller Graphics, there's no secret to our clients' satisfaction. Just a small group of highly-skilled, responsive professionals doing what we do best... producing great printing on tight deadlines. At times, we're told what we're capable of doing is, well, amazing. Presto, the origin of Miller Magic!

To begin with, we're family-owned. And we treat our clients like they're part of our family. That means you're never more than a phone call away from anyone on our staff.

Here's a look at some of our "performers":

Rob Miller

The second generation is now in charge, but Rob follows the same approach to customer service and quality control we've used since our founding. He plays a direct role in achieving magical results for our clients. If your regular sales representative is not immediately available, feel free to contact Rob with any questions you may have.

Calvin Hsu

Got a hot job? Need a fast quote? Calvin is the one with all the facts and figures at his finger tips. No need to wait for anyone else, just ask for Calvin.

Say the Magic Words: Customer Service

At Miller Graphics, we believe customer service is a state of mind... not a department. Frank and Calvin are supported by everyone at Miller Graphics when it comes to meeting your needs and expectations. What you should know first about us is that, in your sales representative's absence, anyone and everyone is prepared to provide you answers and results - on the spot. Once a job is in the shop, Frank is the key. It's highly probable that you will hear from him before you think to call him with questions about the status of a project. If there are questions about prices or the cost of work during the project, your sales representative will have the answers.

No Sleight of Hand and Quality Control Procedures

A lot is written and professed these days about the process of assuring or controlling the quality of the work. To begin with, we believe the responsibility for quality production falls squarely on the shoulders of the individual craftsman. They work to company standards, honed by years of challenging assignments from our customers and the careful reading of the expectations those customers have of us. Next, we approach the quality issue as a team using a system we call Cross Quality Checking. From pre-press to the pressroom and bindery, each workers' performance is also reviewed by a co-worker who provides one more educated pair of eyes to each phase of a job before it ever arrives on your desk. CQC is not fail-safe. Mistakes do happen. But it's our way of taking one last peek at a proof or a finished job to be certain you'll like what you see when you get it.
