Pricing and Billing Policies
As you already know, we estimate every job before production whether called for or not. All competitive or even budgetary estimates are done in 24 hours or less.
Jobs that change after order entry are reviewed against the estimated cost, a Change Order Form is initiated and the cost of the change is determined. You are informed of that cost change immediately by fax. This allows you that important "go/no-go" decision before the work is done... not after!
Any invoices that we feel need extra explanation, for whatever reason, are reviewed with you in advance of receipt. We feel that communication is as important after the job as it is before and during. We believe it's all a part of customer service and good customer relations.
